Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using One Anchor Automation's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

One Anchor Automation provides automated missed call recovery services, including:

  • Missed call detection and notification
  • Automated SMS responses to missed callers
  • Customer intake form hosting and processing
  • Integration with job management systems (e.g., ServiceM8)

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

  • Services are billed monthly in advance
  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) plus GST
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice
  • Additional costs (e.g., Twilio usage) are paid directly to those providers

5. Cancellation

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

  • Access to services will end at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • We will assist with data export upon request

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service in any way that could damage our reputation

7. Service Level

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Anchor Automation shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the fees paid in the preceding 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Anchor Automation from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services remain with One Anchor Automation. You retain ownership of your data and content.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our services.
